Lymphoma

You have been through your Lymphoma diagnosis and treatment and will have dealt with different concerns along your treatment pathway.  You may have experienced an impact on several areas of your life from physical and emotional issues to financial concerns.  Your treatment has completed and you are on the road to recovery but our support for you does not end here.

What Next?

Our aim is to help you feel confident to move forward with this next chapter in your life, to feel well informed and supported.

How Can We Help You To Do This?

We can help you regain your physical activity through ProActive, our physical activity referral scheme for Somerset.  It is likely you will have attended a Lymphoma Wellbeing ‘clinic’ where you were informed on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.  In addition there are many different organisations and websites that may be useful for your particular needs.  They provide well sourced information to help people living with and beyond a Lymphoma diagnosis.

If you would like further information or advice please contact the Lymphoma Cancer Nurse Specialist, telephone 01823 343623.
